Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Policy Summary:Membership passes on Duozy.in are strictly non-refundable once purchased. However, all companion bookings are 100% protected: if there is any issue with a companion or scheduled outing, you receive a 100% Full Refund immediately.

1. Membership Passes (Strictly Non-Refundable)

Membership passes (Starter Pass ₹99, Popular Pass ₹199, VIP Pass ₹349) grant immediate digital contact credits, verification badges, and platform features.

Final & Non-Refundable: All Membership Pass purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances once paid, as digital access, contact credits, and server verification resources are allocated instantly upon payment.
Validity & Credit Rollover: Membership passes remain active for 30 days. Any unused contact unlock credits roll over seamlessly if renewed before expiry.

2. Companion Booking Issues & 100% Full Refund Guarantee

While membership passes are non-refundable, all companion bookings are 100% protected by our payment protection guarantee. If any issue arises regarding your outing, you are completely covered:

Companion No-Show or Cancellation: If a confirmed companion cancels the outing, arrives excessively late, or fails to show up at the agreed public venue, you receive a 100% Full Refund of any booking amount immediately, and your unlocked contact credit is restored to your balance.
OTP Verification Mismatch: If the meeting cannot proceed due to identity mismatch or OTP verification failure at the venue, the outing is instantly cancelled with a 100% Full Refund.
Venue or Safety Dispute: If an outing is cancelled prior to completion due to safety concerns or venue disruption, our 24/7 dispute team ensures a prompt full refund within 24 hours.

3. 4-Digit Meetup OTP Verification & Safe Payment Protection

Payments for companion outings are protected by Duozy's verified payment protection system:

Both parties receive a unique 4-digit Meetup OTP in their respective dashboards.
An outing is officially marked as active only when the client shares this OTP with the companion in person at the verified public venue.
If the OTP is never validated (the meetup did not occur), no companion fee is disbursed, and funds are automatically refunded.

4. Misconduct & Policy Violations (Zero Refund)

Duozy maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding safety, harassment, and non-platonic behavior:

Any user attempting to solicit romantic, dating, intimate, or illegal services will be immediately and permanently banned.
Accounts terminated due to safety violations, harassment, or illegal solicitations forfeit all active passes and wallet balances with zero refund.
Severe violations will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities along with KYC identity records.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method (UPI / Debit Card / Net Banking / Credit Card) through our certified payment partner Razorpay.

UPI / Net Banking:Processed within 24 to 48 hours

Credit / Debit Cards:Processed within 5 to 7 business days (per bank cycle)
